For five years we can be aware of upcoming Google Play Store releases through prior registration, receiving a notification on the same day that said application or game is already available for download.
Well, now Google has begun to improve this feature by adding automatic installation, so that the day that such content is available it is downloaded only to our device.
Google Play Store will automatically install games and apps as soon as they are available
Some users are seeing how after clicking on the “Previous registration” button, in the confirmation pop-up window, the option “Also install when available” appears, which is totally optional.
If we were already registered in a game, the option “Install when available” will appear on the same tab of the application or game, so there is no need to cancel the registration and register again.
This feature is not yet available to everyone, it could be a phased release or it is in its testing phase. This could be one of the innovations that Google could have planned for the cancelled Google I/O 2020 that was to take place in a couple of weeks.
